Scratching my head a bit trying to see how the Valance gasket fits on the Park Lamp lights in the valance.

One edge is beveled but can't quite determine how it should go it. They seem too big to fit in the opening so there must be a way to make them fit, right?

Any photos or help greatly appreciated.
