: windshield chrome clips
bills 69 Jan 19th, 08, 05:43 AM does anybody know where I can get 2 clips that hold the chrome against the glass on a 69 rag top? I bought a set from Classic but they are neither cosmetically or dimentionally correct. These are the clips that go up the post and across the header. (13 in all)

X33D80 Jan 19th, 08, 01:36 PM I picked up the clips for the front and rear glass at my local Chevy dealer. The reproduction clips that I had purchased from Classic Industries wouldn't hold the trim and I just threw them away.
n269chvy Jan 19th, 08, 03:04 PM what about the ones from Heatbeat City, they have them
bills 69 Jan 24th, 08, 04:54 PM I just received a set from heartbeat city, perfect match!!
n269chvy Jan 24th, 08, 05:42 PM Thanks Bill, I went ahead and bought the kit of 13, glad to know that they are good, all the parts I have bought from HeartBeat are of good quality so far, Thanks
shoddy_F-body May 31st, 11, 05:28 PM Old post I know, but I bought the set of 13 clips from Hearbeat city. My issue is I have 17 holes total for the side pillars and across the top. Are there other clips I need? I have a windshield guy coming next week to install the glass and I want to make sure I have everything covered.

That's perfect. 13 holes for the clips and four for the tabs on the A-pillar moldings (two tabs on each molding). Your holiness is righteous.
