68 camaro:
small block w/iroc powersteering box and 200cc protopline/rhs heads

Basically I need a header with as much ground, steering and spark plug clearance as possible and a 1 3/4 primary with a 3" collector.
I've searched the archives and haven't really found anyone with the same setup as me.

I've heard that the hookers fit nice but hang really low, how about the heddmans?

Any suggestions or experiences with a similar set up?

Thanks

Have you looked at the Hedman intermediate-length headers like the 68600 or 68608? I'm not sure about their collector size.

ya, I've seen them but I really want to run a full length header. The main issue is that I want the headers to clear the powersteering box and arm and also the spark plugs (pro topline/rhs heads have weird spark plug angles).

I opted for Hedman husler headers.
I too have weird angles and such
and the fitment was good and clearance was great aswell

thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it.

After doing a little more research it seems that the dougs d368's are the right headers for me.

Has anyone ran them using protopline/rhs heads???
