Does Hooker list anything that will accommidate a/c? I believe that is the same model header that I have and I had them on my sb with straight plug heads (now angle plug heads). My car also has a/c, but I took out the suitcase pry to my engine work since the a/c was not functioning. I was planning on adding aftermarket a/c to clean up the engine bay. Sorry I'm not much help for what you are really looking for. Is that an option for you or do you want to keep the original a/c?
