I just put a new wheel house on, and im almost ready to put the quarter on, but is there a ruber gasket that goes between the the two? or do i just weld them together??

No. The joint is welded but you may want to add some seam sealer when its all said and done.

Spot weld it good and tight and paint it with POR-15. This is what I did. Just my 2 cents.
