I just bought a 67 camaro with a 671 blower and dual 750cfm edelbrocks. The motor is a stock shortblock with a 4 bolt main and dart iron heads. It runs wayyy rich and burns your eyes if it sits and idles in a garage. I can tune holleys, but don't know anything about edelbrocks. Could somebody please point me in the right direction and help me start getting these things tuned properly?

I thought I'd pop in until Tokyo Torquer shows up.

On this 8-71 BB, I just took a couple of 750's and only had to change the primary jets and rods 3 steps leaner, (Of course I'm at altitude though) and remove the chokes.
You could have the idle screws turned in too far which would make them run on the power circuit and cause a very rich idle.
With it running at idle, do you see drops of fuel out of the boosters?

Darko,
you should have no problems getting them tuned right. These carbs are super easy to adjust and you can go through the whole carb while it is still on the engine and not spill a drop of gas.
First thing is to download the user manual from the Edelbrock web site. It is very comprehensive and tells you how to tune. There is a chart that will show you suggested settings for leanin out the idle/cruise, without changing the WOT settings. It also gives suggested settings specifically for a mild 6-71 blown 355 with a pair of 600's.
However, before you start playing with the carb, confirm that you absolutely have no more than 5 or 5.5lbs of fuel pressure. I run 5 pounds. Any more than that will push fuel through the carb and cause it to run rich at idle. Very common and easy to fix problem with these carbs.
If that isnt the problem, start with the airscrews first, but dont go more than 2 or 3 turns out.
If that doesn't work, next go to the metering rods and springs, confirming what size you have in there, and then look at the chart to see what the next leanest setting is. You can buy the metering rod/ spring tuning kit from Summit. You can swap out different rods and springs in a minute.
If that still doesnt work, you can try smaller primary jets under the metering rods.
Also check the float level, as that could also cause your problem.
