But I have a chance to pick up a 67 RS .. for less than 5K . its a friend of a friend .. the guy is not selling it but he will sell it to me thru my friend. Well its a pretty solid 67 Looks all original except it has a different 327 motor than what originally came with it . Original V8 327 car .. Got the Original Tranny, factory A/C, Hide a ways are there .. car is all there, not in pieces .. Just needs alot of Love. The guy is / was in the "Gonna restore it one day club", but never got around to it.

Less than 5k kfor a RS is a good deal if it doesnt need much work.

As you said..you already know the answer to your question. It sounds like its anywhere from a really good deal to a screamin/you should be arrested cause your stealing it kinda deal.

I'm always looking for the right 67 and when I find it it will be in my garage next to my 69.

If it hasn't been sitting in the salt air on the coast and rusted badly it's probably worth it!
