ok i see 68 69 is 67 same------------------?????????????

The pics in the sticky are from both 68 and 69. 67 will be very close to identical, depending more on the options than the year. Things like power top, power windows, and A/C all used accesory harnesses that tapped power from the horn relay.

im trying to locate wire for console ammeter---------------which terminal shud it be on-----------------

They appear to use the terminal closest to the radiator. Does this terminal supply power only when ignition is on, or a constant feed?
I need an ignition switched terminal for my MSD 6AL which will need to be mounted close by.
(1969 by the way.)

The horn relay terminals have power all the time, unfused straight from the battery and alternator.

One of the pics in the sticky shows the ammeter wire.

For ignition switched power, you can use the coil wire (if you're removed the resister wire) or the yellow wire at the wiper motor.

horn relay is wired correct---ammeter is always way over in the discharge side -any ideas :)

You did not really state the problem up front. Is the battery dead? Bad battery, alt. or regulator. You can buy a tester for $40 at NAPA to check system.
