Looking through the Factory Assembly Manual, Factory Service Manual, and Hayes Manual I can't find torque specs for the following:

Pitman Arm Castle Nut (which attaches to the Drag Link)
Idler Arm Castle Nut (which attaches to the Drag Link)
Front Upper Ball Joint to Control Arm Bolts and Nuts

Thanks, that takes car of the upper ball joint to a arm bolts. When i was doing 25ft lbs it seemed to crush and seperate the lock washer. I guess i'll just ditch that and go with a lock nut. What about the pitman (45)and idler castle (35) though?

That info is all in the factory "Chassis Service Manual" at the back of the book "Specifications" section.
