Tried searching posts but didn't get answer for an auto. Car is a 69 Camaro, horseshoe shifter, TH350. Getting reverse lights to work. Is all I need is the reverse switch that connects to the shifter? I take it I still use the neutral sw on the column for the ignition if I can get the linkage pass the headers, if not, jumper the 2 wires.

For a console TH350 car. The back up and neutral safety switch are on the switch that is mounted on the shifter. If you added the shifter the wiring should be relocated and it should work from there. Then the linkage is used for the steering column lock feature only. I believe the switch can be relocated from the column to the shifter, but I'm not 100% sure.

Well that would make since because all of the switches I'm finding look like they go on the column. If the sw just gets relocated to the shifter, I just need the wiring.
