Try camaros.com, they can help you.

Are you saying you are going to convert from Glide on the column to a 4-speed on the floor? Because that's what a Z28 had. If you're asking how to install the floor selector lever and cable setup for the Glide, that's different (and has nothing to do with Z28).

I think he wants to Install a Floor Console with an Automatic Shifter for a Power Glide (TH350?) but if he wants to make it look like a 4spd he could always install an B&M and use a Hurst Handle and the Console would not be required - LOL

That is not the creation of a Z28 clone.

That's where I was confused. There's no such thing as a Z with automatic.

Now, as far as installing the factory horseshoe/staple shifter and console in a column shifted 69, that's fairly simple. The single best source of information is going to be the 69 factory Assembly Instruction Manual (AIM). The AIM shows exactly where everything needs to go, and what you need. It's under either UPC M35 (for RPO M35 Powerglide) or UPC D55 (for RPO D55 seat divider, what we normal folks call the console). I can check exactly which it's in when I get home.

Meantime, there are a lot of threads here on this. I'll try to find a few.

If you just search "horseshoe" you will get 9 pages of threads, many of which have good info. Some are pretty old and the photo links don't work, so you may have to come back with specific questions, posted in the transmission forum.
