Help!! The putz that put new floor pans and rockers in my '69 SS before I bought it didn't bother to replace the front seat belt anchors. I've got 1 passenger side inner anchor and that's it. How can I find out where to weld new anchors at?? I don't know if the outer anchors are there or not, there are no holes and you can't see from underneath because of the rockers. I've looked in the assembly manual but no reference. Would this be covered in the Fisher Body manual?? If so, can someone e-mail me the appropriate page?? How in the hell do you weld in the outer anchors with the rockers in place?? Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!!

My '68 Fisher Body Manual has a section on seatbelts that shows their mounting locations, but it doesn't give exact measurements (pages 15-58--15-70). The '69 Body Manual should have a similar section.
