I just ordered an ididit tilt column the other day for my 68 camaro and was wondering if I could still run an iroc steering box.

The part# they gave me for the coupler was 3000054331, 30 spline 3/4".

Does anybody know the specs on the iroc style box (spline/size), or better yet has anybody used this same setup.

GM power boxes made after 1977 should all have the 3/4" 30 spline shaft. It looks like they gave you good info.

I got a inexpesive coupler on ebay. Check the sticky on 3rd gen steering upgrade.

hey let me know if that set up works because I bought an ididit steering column and also have a iroc steering box, unfortunately my car is still torn apart awaiting paint so I haven't tried to see if it works. Thanks!

does anyone know what you use to bolt this steering column to the bottom of the dash??

I've done a couple of these...if you have the original bracket it bolts right to the ididit column. Then the whole thing bolts up under the dash. If you don't have that piece than maybe Year One or Rick's 1st Camaro would have it.

In case anybody was wondering, I got my ididit coupler, column, and iroc box today and mocked everything up. Everything fit great.
