I've installed a new repro factory tachometer in my 69 and it does nothing when I start the engine. I have a stock points distributor but I did however install an electronic conversion from American Auto Wire. When I purchased it they told me it will be fine with all factory wiring. Could there be some kind of conflict with the conversion kit and the factory tach? Or is there something I'm overlooking.

I am very interested in what you find as I am about to begin installing AAW complete rewire into a 67 RS and also will be installing a repop tach. Keep us posted please!!!

I am wanting to make my tach work, but am not sure which wires go to the distributor.
Do you have any pictures showing this.
