I am starting a 67 Camaro project car and currently I have a 67 427 L88 engine in the bay. I am planning on getting a crate engine and would like to sell this one. Does anyone know what it is worth?

I remember looking at the book way back when, and it as listed a corvette multi-carb engine. But my memory may not be that good or that is just what I wish to believe. I will get the cast numbers as that is the only way to tell. I am hoping that it will have some value to a collector as my plan is going to include a crate motor. I am a BB guy at heart but after looking at the LSX motor I think I just converted. Anyway thanks and more information to come shortly. Unreal Feb 10th, 08, 07:10 PM I would think a 67 L88 block would be quite valuable to the Corvette crowd. The tri-power set up was a Corvette only option and was rated at 435 horse, but it wasn't called an L-88. Diferent cam, intake, and pistons. Larger Dave clill Feb 10th, 08, 07:41 PM Actually the 67 L88 was rated at 430 hp. thorpe67RS Feb 11th, 08, 06:50 AM Do i hear 435? 1962vette Feb 11th, 08, 06:54 AM Actually the 67 L88 was rated at 430 hp.
