Just thought I would post, thought this car was done nice... Any discussions about this?

"Seems" like a fair price considering from what I've seen on Ebay and on the market. He did a great job....

Kool car..

Looks like a re-creation, to much money?

He says it's a recreation, but it looks like a nice car. Trim tag is definitely a repop.....and I'm not an expert.

Since the VIN on the motor is a restamp, I would bet the MN is a restamp, too. Surprised he didn't stamp the rear while he was at it.

It looks like a nice car, but the price seems a little on the high side.

It's a CLOWN ;)
(and yes I meant 'clown', not clone...)

Quotes from add:
"... It has numbers matching engine, transmisson and body; the same as the COPOs that came from the factory. So, this is a recreation of Chevrolet's recreation.

Matching numbers on engine, transmisson and body for insurance purposes as GM did

This car is a rare piece of American muscle car history. Built as a 9561 factory COPO. Complete frame-off restoration. ..."

Gotta love that partial on the pad - 79N604668 - Caddy's are 6, wonder what division '7' is ...
Guess the heads were off when the suffix was stamped also ...
