Turn signal in the front is not working, but it comes on in the back, but does not flash. Hazards flashes in the back but not in the front. I changed the bulbs and flasher.

check the turn signal with a 12 volt test lite for power, at the bulb. If no power there, work your way back thru the turn signal wiring connectors till you find where you do have power. If you do have power at the bulb then the turn signal housing is bad.
