Putting a 600 hp big block in my 67 rs. What about frame strengthing and problems?

Need help on 600 hp big block frame strengthening.

On my 67 500hp B.B. so far I have used subframe connectors. Also a rear cross frame connector. (comp engineering) Currently considering what roll cage to with.

i dont have a BB but i am running weld in sub frames and plan to add a 4pt roll bar.

I have heard of people adding braces made for the convertables but i am not sure how much it helps.

Aside from that i guess you could add some braces between the rear frame rails or tie your sub frames to your rockers for more strength....

or just go over the top and get a full cage built!! :D I just wouldnt want to deal with door bars

i have a big block with a jerico and i have the frame tied [ welded in ] and two driveshaft loops [ welded in tube type ]front and rear to tie frame togather.. no rollbar and never will.car is just as stiff as my 69 and it has a 8 pt rollbar. it will be removed soon..
