I've been looking at those as well, can't make up my mind whether black or anthracite is gonna work better. I've got polished TT2's now so I may just paint mine.

I have the gray knock off's of the Torq thrust M's on my Camaro. Check out my link. I debated the black one's too but ended up going with the gray ones. I got the whole set with Z rated tires under $1,000.00 from E-bay. I found out I have to lower my car after I put them on.

Are those 17's on your 69 camaro?

They are 17's. The front is a 8" rim with 4.5" of backspacing. The rear is 9" rim with 5 of backspacing. Tires on front 235/45/17, rear 275/40/17.

Did you have to modify anything for clearance on these rims?

Thanks

You got a seller name/link where you got them. Hell of a deal.

I pulled up the store on E-bay. It looks like they are out of stock right now on the black 17X8 and 17X9 combo. And the price went up about $100.00 since I ordered mine. They do have a set of four 17X8 rims with smaller 255 tires on the rear. I would call them to see if they have the bigger rims and tires if that is what you want. They were an excellent manufacture to deal with. I got mine four days after I placed the order. The only thing that I did not like was the counter weights are stickers, not hammered on the rims. I took mine to Discount Tires and had them hammer on the weights on the back of the rims. Here is the link for some gray one's. I don't like the center cap on these, but looks like you could get some with the chevy flags. I will be ordering some of those.

5697I just bought these today 17x8 and 17x9. I've been looking for the polished ones for a while they don't come around too often.I hope they look ok I think they are not as deep (set back as much as a TT2) but the spokes seem longer/ look bigger because they are closer to the front where the rim is wider. But for $650 US plus shipping who cares, I could always flog them on Craigslist if they don't work out. Do you have any more wheel pics LukeSkywalker?

You are right about the depth, the rears are not any deeper than the front. At first I was not too sure about that, but they grew on me. The link is the only pics I have now. The close up of the wheel and tire is the rear. Let me know what u think when u get them on

I have them on my Orange 69 RS. I think they only come in 17X8 with 4.5 BS. I wanted a 9.5 rear but they don't make them. I got mine from rcainternationalwholesales off eBay. They look great. Look in the classifieds section under 1st Gen Camaros for sale. I think it is on the second page for a pic. I don't know how to post them on here. Brian

they look great in your pics LukeSkywalker. The spokes have a nice bulge and curve to them unlike the rims I see on the newer Mustangs. I guess we'll see when I get them.
