I just picked up a 31"x19" universal radiator by Griffon.
I'm planning on getting the aluminum shroud by Summit racing to mount the 16" electric fan.

Who makes a good mounting kit for the radiator?
Anyone have problems putting a 31" radiator in?

You are gonna have to cut the core suport brackets about an inch on both sides. Is the radiator aluminum that you have? I made my own brackets for my aluminum radiator.
