The car starts then stops immediatly. it also starts with starting fluid then dies.
changed the fuel pump and filter. also changed the throttle body, plugs. If anyone can give me a clue it would be very helpful.

Well first of all this is a ,.. ahem “CamAro” site…:D Sounds like you might be getting voltage with the ignition switch in the start position but when you release the key it dies? If so your ignition switch would be suspect.
