I have had my radiator flushed, I have replaced my thermostat, and replaced my water pump because there was a leak of Coolant from the water pump. I am getting frustrated because the Temperature is still reading high. The valve cover feels slightly hot to the touch but neither the intake manifold not the radiator feel hot to the touch any suggestions?

Those cars are bottom breathers, like the 93 vette I picked up last summer. The vette ran hot when I got it, particularly going slow, in heavy traffic, etc.

When I pull the radiator, I found the fins in the front were completely packed with crud!
It gets kicked up from the road, and gets BETWEEN the radiator and the a/c condensor!

After a good cleaning, she cools great.

Have you had the rad out of the car for a look?
