Help Guys,
Have 87 iroc 350 w/ac. Trying to replace the heater hose that comes out of the firewall and makes a 90 straight down and connects to a metal pipe.
There no way I can get to the hose clamp behind the motor. Beer is on me if you can tell me how to replace this hose.
Thanks again,
Hardeight

New hose in hand, nipple in sight, meaning old hose is gone.

Lube inside of htr hose with petro jelly.
Hopefully, you did not throw away the wire hose clamp.
Install wire clamp onto hose.
With long handle needle nose pliers, insert/place new hose onto nipple,
press down in a straight line with nipple, squeeze pliers to open clamp,
slide hose to depth needed.

Installed. The reason I suggest the OE wire hose clamp, the one's everybody throws away, is because they are self-adjusting in a temperature changing environment. A worm gear clamp is tight in the summer time, but loose in winter time. Wire clamp self adjusts and are relatively easy to install.
