Getting ready to lay carpet. Por15 paint left, then decided on the reflectix from home depot. As far as the horse shoe mount, does it go over on should i cut out the carpet for the mount?

On the 67 you cut the carpet around the mount. Can't imagine the 68 being different. Carpet goes under the Firewall Blanket and the front piece of carpet goes OVER the rear piece of carpet.
