Toyota will probably end up leaving F1 because they stink over there too. jr68 Mar 11th, 08, 07:27 AM Don't really care that they won. They will probably end up leaving in a few years. They will probably end up leaving in a few years. Toyota will probably end up leaving F1 because they stink over there too. Why? It doesn't bother Ford. DenRS Mar 13th, 08, 06:29 AM I used to be a die hard Nascar fan. Now its something I'll take a sunday afternoon nap too if nothing else is on. Nascar is getting rediculous. If one car has an advantage, they change the rule book so now that modification is illegal so everyone else can catch up. Love those mystery cautions for stuff on the track that no one can find. Always seem to happen when someone is way out front of the rest of the field. Then all of sudden toyota is making 30hp more than the chevy's. Come on they barely made the races last year. Nascar is trying to make it all about the driver. Thats what iroc is or was. Lots of fans used to watch nascar because it was as much about the car as it was the team. Take the car out of the equation and and its just like any other sport. Viewer ratings are dropping and attendance is dropping. Nascar is declining and if Toyota can't win despite nascars leveling of the playing field, they will be too embarassed to stay. |
