I am trying to sort out a bunch of parts for a 68 anyone have something that shows how it all goes together bell-crank, springs, bushings, washers etc.

Also if anyone has the inner fender hole sizes and locations for the vac actuator and bellcrank that would be helpfull also

Check the factory parts books and the factory assembly manual.

I have seen the factory assy. books for sale in the catalogs what are they like? do they show all the the parts with decription? Are they just for the body?

The assembly manual is the best $20.00 that you can spend. It will show you basically where every bolt and hose or whatever goes on the car. It shows where everthing is mounted on the engine inside the car under the car you name it. It has about 4 pages on the RS headlights and Hoses. I'm doing that to my car right now and can't imagine doing it without it.

The factory service manual is only good for taking things apart and putting them back together. I have not found it helpfull at all for putting things on that were taken off before I got to it. It is particularly useless if you are trying to figure out wiring.
