JAMES.WOEBER@COMCAST.NET Mar 11th, 08, 03:09 PM Has anyone used vinyl dye/paint on their seats? I have a 1979 Z-28 with T-Tops and badly faded front buckets. The Interior is Dark Carmine Red The front seat covers were replaced shortly before I bought it about twelve years ago. The rear seats are fine. I have PPG vinyl paint/dye and I was wondering if anyone has used this or has any advice before I try it on the buckets and console. I had a bodyman tell me that it would come off on your cloths. Check archives using search function. 4033 Mar 12th, 08, 07:59 AM the ones I replaced were dyed. they looked ok. I'm not sure the cost of dying vs replacing but I'd replace it possible. |
