There are tons of discussions on this topic on this site and others. I was curious if the experts here agree on a small set of tutorials which are excellent quality?

Is it recommended to put the body up on a cart which uses the mounting hold near the front of the leaf springs and the alignment holes near the firewall for the frame? I've seen several people using these type carts to move the body around while doing a restoration, but wasn't sure if you could have it up on one of these while replacing the quarter panels.
