I replaced the Grille in my 69 (old one was Cracked and had been painted a few times ) the Grille seems to fit great on the drivers side but seems to want to sit out like 1/8 inch on the Curved area of the grille and fender at the top , And the lower area wants to sit against the curve at the bottom of the fender, where would i start on aligning this or do the Repo Grille's fit funny ?

I was hoping i was finished with front panel alignment because i have all the gaps looking good finally

You may just have to see where it is making contact on the fender and grind some of the material away so that the grille sits in place properly.
