I had cool flex hoses on my car and didn't like the way that they looked anymore (they're kinda cheesy) so I changed them out this week...what do you guys think?

The first pic is of the new hoses and, second pic is old!

Thanks for the compliment! I used Earl's hose and fittings and the clamps are from Billet Specialties.

Looks sweet. Do you by chance have a good picture of the ball milled header panel to radiator support close out panel?

They are much better than the CoolFlex hoses for sure, but in all honesty, I much prefer plain old OE rubber hoses. ("what do you guys think?" ;))
Braid is good for several hundred / thousand psi, and you'll be lucky to have 13psi if you're using the standard radiator cap. To me the braid is still an enormous overkill.
Still, what you have now is much better. :)

Hey Scott, go over to PT.com and look for the sponsor "undercover innovations" on the right side of the screen where the sponsors are listed. That's where it is from.

^^^Dave, I only had one problem with the cool flex right after i finished the car, the bottom hose popped off in the middle of town (little embarrasing). I put it back on and did have a problem with it again. I just wanted to make a change and i think that the braided hoses look much cleaner and flow alot better. By the way..your engine looks great!!
