Finally received my NEW kick panels for my 67. All excited I go into the garage and quickly install the passenger side panel. WOW! That really makes a difference. Going to the drivers side I notice this one is going to be more difficult. Can anyone tell me how to install the drivers side kick panel? It appears that the bracket holding the emergency brake cable has to be removed but I cant find any bolts to loosen the
#$%&*@ thing. ANy help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I don't know if your 67 is like my 68, but I unbolted two nuts on the back of the parking brake assembly from inside the engine compartment. There was also one nut on the bottom of the dash.

In addition, I found it made my life easier to slacken the emergency brake cable. You'll need to disconnect it from the bracket.

Thanks for the info guys. I did see the two bolts inside the engine compartment and figured that those were the necessary ones but with my luck, if I had loosened those the transmission would have fallen out.
