I am rebuilding the heater box on my 68 but cannot figure out which seal to use, and where to put it, for the heat air flap (pictured).

This seal was not on when I took the box out, so I have no reference.

Does anyone have pictures that show the heater box seals and where each goes? I've read a bunch of posts and some explain it, but haven't seen any pictures that show it.

And I thought this was going to be an easy part of the resto!

Thanks in advance for your help.

I thought this seal kit was worthless.
I thought the company that makes them is worthless also.
I thought one of the BEST attempts in the industry to give us a POOR piece.
The kit is not complete. I would rather have a 4 or 5ft roll than use their pieces. Throw them away and restore your old ones, if HOPEFULLY you can. Rubber soaked in silicone will usually restore it. Don't get silicone on your new paint. It can damage it. The doors are really nice rubber and do not usually need replacing. Re-evaluate the restoration of this box and use anything original that you can.

If you have to use their pieces you can hold them up to what you are trying to seal and you will figure it out.
Some Examples:
Their is a piece that has 2 holes to punch out. Goes on Heater Core Lines before you install into box. I think they fit on the none a/c, but nothing like original.
NO seal for the connection to Insulation Blanket.
There is another piece that is just a boarder. This goes around the core before you put it into the box.
One or 2 of the squares is the size of the main door. You are suppose to glue it on.
Like I said, This is the biggest B.S. of all the parts I put on the car. I only used one of the gaskets.
Save the pieces you don't use. You will find other uses for them.
