Anyone have a nice pic or way to mount this control valve. Instructions are schetchy at best and just sort of leave it hanging in between intake manifold and intack line at unit. Seems odd. Any information appreciated.
Thanks

I have a Gen IV in my 69 Camaro. It is a factory AC car. I have the heater control valve just hanging as you described. I have about a 4 inch piece of hose between the firewall and valve and have the rest going to the intake. It is suspended over the inner fender. If you can send me an email address, I'll send you a photo. I can't figure out how to put a photo in the reply.

Here is mine. BTW, be sure to mount the valve in the "upper" hose, mine is in the lower because I have an LT1 with reverse flow cooling. Position the valve so the arrow (on valve) faces towards the back of the car. The instructions were kind of "fuzzy" when it came to the part (picture didn't match how it was supposed to be installed). Hope this helps!
