Regarding the lower edge, is this correct, or does the black need to extend farther down to the next lip????

Yes, that's it, just want to make sure the black goes down far enough along the tail panel, there are several body lines to choose from, but I know only one is "correct." Is this correct?

Looks real good if you did your own body work, all I know is that I need to come and hang out with you and learn

No way, I did alot of things to the car, but not the bodywork. I met a guy in Cleburne who works out of his garage, does pretty good work, but he takes his time. My car has been there since last Christmas, so it's going to be almost a full year before I get it back. He also did both rear quarters, trunk pan, and disassembled the car, with my help of course. He's also going to install a vinyl top, and do the SS hocky stick stripe, and reassemble it all of course. We hope to have it done by Christmas. He's not too expensive either, that was the biggest positive. Send me an email if you are interested in checking out his work, I go visit my car about once a week....... http://www.camaros.net/forum/smile.gif

A year for all that work? Mine will be a year at the body shop on Thanksgiving, and all he had to do is hang the NOS sheetmetal (fenders, hood, valance, etc) and prep for paint. He painted it (apart) about 6 weeks ago, put it back together, and is color sanding. Hope to get it back by Thanksgiving, and start putting the "little" stuff back on......Hopefully it will be ready for the cruising season, in the spring.
