I am in need of some of the same info everyone is asking about. I have more gaps in the top to window seals than Grand Canion. I had a shop put it on while I was deployed and I do not know were to start on this thing. I am currently stationed in Germany so there is not to many places to go for help. It is cool to be here and I am reading and learning from eveyones post, so thanks a bunch.

Thanks

I'd start with the Fissher Body manual, It has a pretty good section on top adjustment.. Also dont forget about the window adjustment, the height I mean.

Is this a new top and body work we are talking about. Or just new top. I started with getting the top to its completly closed position, The bumpers need to touch the header. The top has to be even all around. Then break out the fisher body manual. You can get these windows to move in all directions and tilt. I started with the rear window and worked forward. It is worth the time to get it tight to the seals.

OK the top canvas is new the frame is old. I have a droop in the middle and the windows have to stay down a bit to not break them when opening and closing. How do I fix the droop in the middle?? I looked in a assembly guide and it shows some set screws right there. Do they fix this??

Well as you can tell it is my first Convt so I am not to good with it right now.

Is the top hard to latch? Cause if the top was pulled too tight when installed that will cause the sag.
The set screw's will adjust some(not all)of the sag out of the middle.
With the top latched, try moving the hinge joint up and down to check the bushing's,kinda like when you check door pin's and bushing's.
