148874 Apr 2nd, 08, 02:59 PM Put my new conv. boot on my pacecar yesterday. Now I am in the northeast and it was only about 55 degrees. It took a little doing I figure if it was hotter the vinyl would probably stretch easier. Any tricks out there? Thanks Bill DjD Apr 2nd, 08, 03:07 PM Make sure the top is folded down properly (2 folds reversed to avoid frame pinching) and more sunshine is the real key. It does get easier as things wear-in too.
