Put my new conv. boot on my pacecar yesterday. Now I am in the northeast and it was only about 55 degrees. It took a little doing I figure if it was hotter the vinyl would probably stretch easier. Any tricks out there?

Thanks Bill

Make sure the top is folded down properly (2 folds reversed to avoid frame pinching) and more sunshine is the real key. It does get easier as things wear-in too.

Give the search feature a try, click on this forum and search for "boot" there is a lot of info available...

The clips really only go one well one way, outside to inside.
