i have an 02 z28 that won't start when it's cold outside. i 1st thought it was a starter going bad. so i replaced it and still have the same problem. then i replaced the starter relay because it looked like it was getting a bad connection & the same problem happen the next morning. any suggestions?

did you test the battery,very cold or very hot day will kill a border line battery...is the battery still o.e.
