Look at Ebay item 200213456666, early car that has dual-piston calipers that look orig? Did early 69 cars have dual-pistons? The bottom of the car looks like it was stored in salt water. Any thoughts?

Front subframe is shot which is always a bad sign for the overall health of the rest of the body. alan zdld17 Apr 4th, 08, 05:00 PM I believe some very early 69's and late 68's had this. Lets see what JohnZ says. This may tell you something and its a 09C car .. http://www.camaros.org/suspen.shtml#Brakes x44d80 Apr 4th, 08, 06:32 PM I'm no expert but the brake hose and pipe looks more like the jl-8 style but the rotors look like standard 11 inch. Probably swapped in 67-68's? ExileMo Apr 4th, 08, 08:29 PM If you live in Utah and looking for a car I wouldn't even consider it. So many other good bodies on the west coast to choose from. Sure, they still need some work, but that car's entire frame rail is rusted through. Should be a lot of other surprises. Sorry can't help on the brakes. But the best part is looking right through the steering wheel. That's the garage floor, not the cars' floor! alanrw Apr 5th, 08, 03:59 PM Yeah! This car has potential.... probably 'cause im partial to the color. Any way on another note..... why is it that most adds that have the trim tag pictured its frigging blurry? Pssst. Thats a special often unseen RPO dual shifter option. |
