I am looking at a 67 Camaro with no trim or vin tags. The car has no motor or trans and is in need of a complete restoration. It is a solid car with all of the original sheet metal,interior and glass.There is rust in the rear quarters and outer wheel housings but other than that it looks pretty good.The trunk,floors,rockers and shock towers look real good. I would like to turn around and sell it so that I can finish my 67 RS project.The missing tags is what I am concerned about. I think it would make a great drag car and would be a good car for someone in need of a solid shell. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Walk Away. you know (or you can be pretty sure) those tags are on another car. A car without a VIN is nothing but a headache. Now if your going to chop it up for peices thats a different story, but if you try and register it eventually it will bite you or someone down the road after its sold.
