I want to use my original front and rear window trim instead of the repop crap. Who is the guy everyone is using to straighten and polish the mouldings ???? How did/do they come out and any pro's and con's to the process including cost. Mine are in very decent shape but need a haircut. Again, any info is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.......

I bought a $85 craftsman buffer and did them my self a little time consuming but well worth it.You can get small dings and dangs ouy but big palm prints are hard. To get dents out you need a body pick hammer and a fine file. From the file you go to 80 grit sand paper and up to 1500 grit from there and finaly to the buffer.

Mike at Metal Brite in Dayton, OH worked miracles on mine. He was recommended by another member here (John, aka hammerd), and he does fantastic work.
