He made a deal of the left hand exhaust hanger, but there was no reinforcement. However, you can see what looks like a weld nut on the inside of the frame rail and a fuel hose. Must be a shot of the pass side.
He's upfront about the VIN problem, but I can't imagine that the shell has much value with a scary title. I did see a radio bracket!! :)

Norwood VIN, LA trim tag, and a statement the hidden VINs don't match the dash VIN. I would run not walk from that train wreck.

It sold so it doesn't matter now but That is the R.H. frame rail.
