Aluminim / fiber Felpro exhaust manifold gaskets......which side.... metal or fiber.....goes against the head ? Stock manifolds - LS4 454

I've always put the Metal Surface out and against the Exhaust Manifold or Headers whatever - reason being - if you ever have to remove the manifold the gasket stays on the engine and you don't damage them.
