Does anyone have pictures of their exhaust system on a 1969 convertible big block? I would like to see it with headers. Or if you have advice on going with headers and a 2 1/2" exaust system.

I have 2 69 Verts with a 396 and a 454. Both with headers. I bought ceramic coated headers for my Orange car with Flowmaster Exhaust system, stainless steel tips. The only issue is I can not use the X brace.

Hotchkiss and others make a modified x-brace that will allow up to 2 1/2" pipe under it.

Jeff, I really like your orange car.;) Did you get that headlight door to close properly yet? I had to solve that problem with a new canister not long ago.

Thanks, I found a set of hedman elite shortie headers that look like they'll do the job with a little tweeking. I'm also going with the Hotchkis brace. Hopefully I will be done next week with the install
