I need a recommendation for a powder coater locally. Any suggestions?

precision stripping and coating in lodi. kinda far for you, but phil does top notch work. when i have a piece that i don't care about looks, i just use a local sacramento body shop. when i want it done right, like the wheels on my 'bird (see sig), i go to phil. two zero nine, 333-1212.

I believe there is a place called poly engineering in oakland or berkeley, somewhere. I used them about 10 years ago, they were good then.
