Hey guys, has anyone hooked up their spal dual electric fans to a painless wiring harness? Im using the spal harness/relays and want to hook it up to the keyed power. In the interior harness, there are two wires for the fan #901 - cooling fan switch and #906 - Cooling fan Switch B+. #901 is also found under the hood. If Im thinking correctly, the red wire on the Spal relay is equiviliant to the #901 painless harness... so using the spal harness, I do not have to use wire #901... that means I should be connecting the spal iginition wire to the #906 correct? Does this make sense?

Thanks guys

How do your temperatures switches work? Are they normally open or normally closed (at normal temps). I presume they ground out when they get up to temp. Are you wanting a manual override switch in the cabbin also?

Ground is at temp. Im not trying to add anything fancy, I was just trying to figure out which wire off of the harness was hot when keyed. As it turned out, I was able to power everything up and wire 906 was the hot accessory. when I grounded out the thermostat wires, the fans turned on... life is good...
