Hey guys....well right now i still running the orignal Delco starter which i have the Moroso heat shield and a heat wrap on it....sometimes still hard to crank with all the heat the headers put off but it starts pretty well....got a newer delco mini starter that is laying around the garage......it has one big terminal and a small terminal then another big terminal with the ground attached....and i installed recently a new harness with HEI conversion and got a purple and yellow wire i believe........ i know the orignal starter has two small terminals and one big for the negative battery cable....any suggestions be appreciated!

Thanks,
Matt

Mini starters usually don't have a terminal for the yellow wire. If you're using an HEI you don't need it anyway. The big terminal on the mini is for the positive battery cable and the small terminal is for the purple wire. That's it.
