Not sure Alan, but nobody is helping you. My guess is that the mechanism is one piece. I think you have to buy the whole shebang.

Looks like some kind of window bump stop but mine are different on my 67. I'm sure someone will chime in and shed the light.

looks like a 2nd gen door,no???i think its a regulator limiter...the doorglass doesnt have a track to run in on a 2nd gen, so to keep the wdo from rolling up past the seal on the body, you set this limiter with the door closed and wdo rolled up in the opening...when you open the door and roll it down, then up, the glass should stop in the correct location...hope this helps...

It is the rear window stop. It controls where the window stops when you crank it up. Makes adjusting the window a lot easier if you have the correct part; you can jury rig it but......... Frameless windows used them. I don't know if anyone repos them but they are common for most years of GM cars. You should be able to adapt something from the junk yard.

You might try a local supplier of resto parts. They may have some used tracks on hand that have the stop. You might give Matt's Classic Bowties a call; I've seen used tracks on the shelf there.
