Having a problem getting the correct shift levers for a Muncie m21. Using a main case # 3925661 with side cover 3952648 with bolt down levers / shift arms and a tail # 3857584. This trans came out of a 67 camaro, may not be orig, going into a 68 BB vette as a temp. Bought a new Hurst shifter and install kit, but the slots in the levers are to small and the rods seem to be to short. Help from Hurst has been a bad, poor joke. The old trans out of the vette was a m21 also, but with stud style lever mountings. Any thought on what levers I need? Any help is welcome.
