hey guys i'm looking at a 67 chevelle project for my son the vin is a 138 car but the cowl tag is a 136 both look like they not been tampered with but we know something is wrong does any bodt know where the vin is stamped in the frame.i'm thinking under the driver floor but not sure. thanks
