would it be better as far as fit to change both sides, inner and outer fenders as a pair? i need the pass side inner and outer fender for sure, i think i could save the drivers side inner and outer fender and i will be changing the rad support as well if that makes a difference with fitting all the parts togethere. these will be repop parts if that matters as well
thx scott

I only replace if I have to, and the part can not be saved. If you do not need to replace it today then examine it and try to judge if it will need to be replaced in the near future. If your part is questionable replace when in doubt, or if you think it will need replacing in a cpl years.

If at all possible, try to fix the original fender. I bought a new driver’s quarter and spent days trying to getting it to fit. Eventually, I gave up and had a body guy finish it. My original wasn’t that bad. I should have patched the original.

I also replaced both inner fenders. (One went on the old fender and one on the new/repop fender.) On both, I had to elongate a few holes. The better fit was on the original panel.
